Ukranian MP from Odessa just been on,and said straight up turn the Russian gas and oil taps off immediately,and freeze all trading money markets with them.It would be the only way to achieve anything..............................Its wont happen due to German dependence on Russian gas.Ursula talking about all the coming sanctions....................she is all hot air,blonde hair,and pretty face.

If I were a Ukrainian this would seem the most rational course of action - there will be enormous pressure from Europe not to do so but, if I were a Ukrainian who valued my country's independence, it would be the thing to do.
It would cost Europe a lot, and us here in the UK too; but I'd support a decision by them to do so.
He may well have to! But it will probably mean the end of his coalition if he does; I think the Greens there are likely to value reduced emissions over anything else - I may be wrong in this, and I hope I am, but it seems likely to me.
