I have just upgraded my iPhone 5s to ios10 by mistake after pressing install now instead of remind me later. Is there any way I can downgrade to iOS 9 (or whatever is was that I was on) ? Thanks
I think unless you're tech savvy and want to 'hack' the phone you're stuck with it. I resisted and eventually did the same as you, 10 isn't so bad once you get used to it.
It just kept telling me install now or install later which I have been pressing for a while but on Friday I pressed install now by mistake. It's just different, the clicks seem quieter, the messages set out has changed and I don't like it. Guess I will get used to it but would prefer it back as it was.
Iphone 5S user for just over 3 years & just before end of dec got 5SE 64GB
Battery life far far better, & of course loads & loads more Storage anyhow, only gripe i have is iOS10 & its pressing of the the home button to unlock, Its just a faf, it was fine the way it was so why change it...
I can unlock the screen faster with my pin code than pressing the home bottom once & then holding your thumbprint on the same
button to then finally unlock it
Two options really ...

says Yes! Go to settings (if you have iOS 7.1) scroll down on the main screen until you find passcode (under sounds)ios 7.0.6 or below go to settings general touch id and passcode put in your password then go to touch id click edit and delete all of your fingerprints. Thats it!
I have the same phone and no fingerprint stuff because I skipped that bit when setting up.
I just assume my phone won't get nicked and there's no sensitive info on there anyway.
You should be able to delete the phone contents if it goes missing but I tried that once and nothing happened.
