Is there any that are better than others?? Pig sick of them not working. Last about a month and then they are fudged! Recommendations please!!

Look at the pins on the connector, some of them may appear discoloured, give it a scrape with a needle or something small and sharp to shine up and should work again, have had this happen with a few and sorts it. Failing that amazon basics are as good as any.

They always seem to go where the cable goes into the plug. The good ones I can never remember where I got them so I have a load of different ones to differing success. The kids I think are to blame mostly though?

Anker braided ones last well here but it does depend how you handle them, any kinks made by pulling the cable or tucking the charging item against an object kills them very quickly. I have noticed the contacts corrode badly on the cheapies.

Get a wireless charger. if your phone is capable they are a game changer.

Shrink some wiring heat shrink over the connector and first inch of cable at each end when they are new and they last much longer

I usually wrap them with insulation tape but your way is much better ?

Juice cables seem to last well. Cheap ones don't.

I got sick of that so the last time I bought new ones I put some electrical heat shrink over the connector and first inch of the cable, they’ve lasted at least 6 months now which is better than some were before.

Forget the Apple ones. Braided cables are good.

Another +1 for Anker, I have a few and work faultlessly, their 12v high amp charger is great for iPads in cabs too

I’ve tryed loads of them and the only one that lasts for me is Halfords own brand have one in Jeep for 3 years and still working perfect
