Ipsos Mori phone questionnaire

lost count of the times I’ve watched the news and they’ve referred to polls carried out on certain aspects of politics and government policy. Who are these people who they ask? They’ve never asked me or anyone I know.

well tonight some poor geordie lass working for the above company did phone here and had the pleasure of catching me at a loose end.

if anyone else gets the phone call, and is of a mind to, there are several questions specific to agriculture, taking land out of production, meat consumption, food miles etc that would benefit from farmer input in my opinion.

I had them remove my number. Became a nuisance ringing every few days and a couple of them could barely speak English.

Few years back I had a guy land at the door (we live a mile off the tarmac!!) from Ipsos Mori wanting to do a survey... I felt he deserved my time as he put more effort to get to us than most couriers do

The questions then were aimed at gauging public opinion of how Govt were fairing... I don't think he expected my exceptionally blunt answers
