Is £100 hour really fair?

I’ve just had some major work done on my tractor. The parts came to around £3000. But labour was 110 hours. Is hire the way forward because my 9 year old 2900 hour 300hp tractor has cost my well over 20k in repairs in those 9 years.

£7 per hour in repairs seems excessive as does £100 per hour for labour what sort of tractor is it

we have a puma 155 in to have a gearbox split but I don't pay the bills so not sure on cost, but a story of main dealers ripping you off, my sister hit a pheasant with her car a couple of weeks ago, smashed the grill and cracked the bumper, local Suzuki garage was gonna replace bumper and grill for a total of £680  local garage that does our MOTs couldn't believe the price, he got the new grill for @£30 and put a bit of fibreglass on the back of bumper, looks like new (y) not seen final bill but will be around £100
