An update on the topic in case someone else happens to work on it. I asked a local Farm Works sales expert and figured out I would need Farm Works Office Mapping if I wanted to use it with VarioDoc. I should have found myself that there is a 15 day trial version which I downloaded. I don't know if 15 days would be sufficient for "real farmers" but for me with only part time farming experience and some programming, electronics and telecoms background with a university degree from my main job, the 15 days might not be sufficient to learn everything. I think on day 2 of my 15 day free trial I figured out I can exchange job data but I cannot read or write guidance lines from Farm Works to the Vario terminal. Makes it a bit expensive (750 € plus VAT) to transfer hours and fuel consumption from the machine to my computer. Then again I have not found any other English language application that would do even this much. Any fellow VarioDoc users/experts would be welcome to teach me how to make better use of the tractor capabilities.
