Well, may has been the wettest month of the year here now!
I’m sorry I started this thread guys! It’s all my fault we are now being washed away in this cold deluge!
 
The good weather that never comes, always next week, until next week arrives, yesterday was like October here, nearly June and only a month till longest day and still no heat to grow things up here, silage is going to be light this year for sure.

Young leys around here have gone flat and the dairy boys will be worrying about losing quality ,and about the knock on affect to 2nd,3rd cuts. First week of sunshine and it will go mad with late maiz being planted and silage kit going in all directions

The rain has been welcome. Grass coming now and unlike January one fine day dries the top really quickly. It will even out.
I don't think this is so unusual for the UK in my lifetime. Always been crap weather round here.
