Is it legal to cut trees down? I've checked the trees are not in a conservation area and dont have TPO's on them.

I've checked the trees are not in a conservation area and dont have TPO's on them. We're not in any any environmental scheme so i cant see why i cant cut the trees down. Peoples advice welcome. Thanks

It you're not sure whether the amounts you're looking to fell require a licence, Google "timberpolis". There are calculators on there that will help to estimate the volume of timber you're dealing with.

More information required really. You say trees (in the plural). Is that two trees or two hectares of trees. The former doubtful, the latter probably yes.
