These rules seem to be more about spreading than storing so maybe they’re hoping to continue piling it on farmlandWhere are they going to store all the processed people poo?

Even under the EA's new rules, it is very possible that the spreading you observed COULD be perfectly fine, in the last couple of weeks, i've been spreading FYM on winter barley stubble where we have since established, turnips and grass seeds (both have a Nitrogen requirement under RB209). Ive also been spreading dairy slurry with a trailing shoe on grass - thats not in the closed period yet. Hopefully if we get some wheat cut next week I can legally spread FYM prior to planned OSR establishment. If I still have some FYM left I could apply to the EA under the RPS to spread prior to winter cereal establishment. If everybody spent as much time making sure they are conversant with the rules, rather than worry about their next door neighbours, farming may be in a better position.Yet again I see muck spreading this morning, why the hell are some of us worrying over what to do and others just doing what they like.Is there a point where others are going to get fed up of Mr don’t care getting away with it all.I don’t mind rules but sod this if others are taking no notice
If I was into big game hunting I would vote for Carrie. Yet more ironyAh no. My Carrie produce fragrant slurry ideal for growing nutritious grass which she then eats and ultimately excretes which goes to grow nutritious grass ....
The other Carrie sends unwanted elephants to Kenya.
Which is the more useful?
