Is it still raining wombat?

Hi @Wombat , after all your posts of it never stops raining. How are your crops holding up in the drought? Has all that excess water disapeared very quickly?
Reason I ask is, I was discussing this with a farmer the other day on how it went from too wet to too dry in such a short period. He was trying to think of practises and ways to retain moisture.... I know it’s th golden question and no answer fits all etc....

My crops are all holding up at the mo, starting to turn and some light land SB has a bit of pain on but it's bloody glorious thanks Rob [emoji3][emoji106]

Our soils hold water, there is a bit of damage where it got lazy rooted with the crazy wet spring but other than that we are ok. Much prefer this to wet and cold though.
