Is it too late to build a grain store for this harvest?

Chap I use for buildings is up to the hilt busy trying to get jobs finished for harvest. I think he would just laugh if I asked him to put up a shed this side of November.
I doubt you stand a chance, sorry.
Minimum PD planning will be 28days and they will sit on application for a fortnight before logging it on the system to buy time.
they can not do that with the pd it is live the very day after you submit it even if its a saturday so the time starts then and they have to inform you by day 28 not after day 28 if they miss the timings you have deemed consent

I doubt it's too late, as I saw Graham Heath Construction have an 6-8 week lead time - not sure if this is on grain stors, but worth a shot?
