The labelling mix up was a mistake made by a new member of staff, who’s still under going training. Human error, that was changed straight away as it came to light. They said how sorry the are.
If the animal was killed at ABP Shrewsbury, I guess they aren't breaking the law. If you want to call them out on it (which I reckon is fully justified), Twitter is the best way I think.

They did offer to refund or replace.Wasn’t me who bought the steak. I only saw the picture on here and brought it up with them.Best get them to send us all a steak then if they are that sorry
