Is TFF/FM selling my email address?

Just checked my spam box for before I empty it and I have an unsolicited email from Agricultural Supply Services. Is it just a coincidence I got this dated 2 days before they were announced as a new vendor on FM or are email addresses being 'passed on'?

No we are not passing on and have never sold email addresses. We don't even use your email address ourselves unless the boxes are ticked to say we can in your user profile.

I can report unfortunately that no one has sent me unsolicited e-mails offering me 400 tons of lime or a free tractor etc.

Must have been coincidence then. I do have another suspect in mind. I was sure it was said long ago that personal email addresses wouldn't be passed on and good to see that promise is being upheld. Thanks for the clarification @Chris F.

No its not, as above TFF has never sold or passed on your email address.

Not saying you have passed it on but I keep getting emails and tff is the only place I’ve ever seen them. I’ve ceryainly never had any contact with them.

That will be from lamma or similar when you fill in forms or comps

Yes, all the queues at Cereals and so on getting you to fill in the forms to get in must have harvested thousands of addresses and emails over the years
