is there a feckin hurricane on the way?

I just looked at the weather here, and Hurricane Lorenzo which was a Cat 5 this morning has already started to diminish. It's now a Cat 4 and by the time it hits the Azores on Wed. or Thurs, it is expected to be a Cat 1 or maybe barely Cat 2. The tracking does show it hitting England and Wales at some point, likely a sh*tty weekend.

That's OK then. Missing Scotland! :D Or maybe it's considered normal weather up here and not worth the mention?

What happeed to it? It was down to storm level when it went somewhere through the Azores - so unremarkable I did not find out where. The Azores cover quite a big piece of the Atlantic if you include all the sea between each island, lying between 36.5°–40° North and 24.5°–31.5° West. I did find out there was some minor damage, but that is all.

It was just a bit windy. Seem to have to give things names nowadays.
Just a normal day for drying the washing.
They only would have used 2 pegs for that breeze over on the west, I used 3 just to be sure it stayed on line, soft east coast pegs.
