Following on from a previous thread asking about ear phones and other things.

I’d just like to ask the question for those with apple ear phones.
Can you keep them in your ears as I can’t!

Put the lead over your ear and drop the ear bit down.

A staple then can be used to fix the wire to the skull if needed.

I have about 6 different pairs that came with Samsung phones about the place , and none of them stay in either . I bought a pair of Sennheiser ones - quite pricy - same result . I now have noise cancelling blue tooth "ear muff" types but of course care needs to be taken using them outside .

duct tap or super glue will stop them falling out
if using super glue make sure they are a good band as yer may have them for a while

We had a crisis with mum this week as the doctor and district nurse both measured her temperature with an ear thermometer thing and found it was dropping to dangerous levels. When the ambulance man came in, he looked in her ear and said its no wonder they can't measure her temperature, her ears are bunged up and need dewaxing. They are bringing in a power hose thing next week to give them a good clean out, and have now decided her temp is normal. :)

@Rowland you have a external auditory meatus that is larger than the earphones.

The external auditory meatus is your ear hole. :):)

  18. Hmm WHAT!! does than mean he has big earholes!! you could always wrap some PTFE or insulating tape around the ear piece and extra wedging could be achieved using toilet roll!!
