Some air ratchets are slightly narrower than others. Project farm measured his in a test.
I’ve tried this for our bedformers. M7 air tools have been great for us in general but this particular model just wasn’t up to it. Great performance but they just dont last- sent three back for warranty in total. Gave up in the end. The compact 1/2” drive gun they do is fantastic though- quite a weapon, especially with a low profile socket.MIGHTY SEVEN 1/2 RATCHET WRENCH SET

As I said before give yourself a bigger headache doing this as you are then left with a threaded section stuck in the plate.Just has axe them all off and replace with new bolts , they not exactly expensive .
Could have been done by now with a ring spanner, dont look like they will be particularly stuck, once loosened they will come out with fingers.
Cheers for all the suggestions, I think Allen head bolts could be the solution, will see if I can get several hundred ordered up!! Thanks to all who contributed
