Check if one of the side effects of the antibiotics is sun sensitivity. If it is it will be more red where the sun has been. If not it's spreading. If the Dr's said go back then do.

Pain and raised temperature should be monitored - both indications that it is not getting better.

No mention of photosensitivity. Its affecting both arms. He had this before he got the antibiotics - it just seems to be getting worse.

He says he'll go to hospital tomorrow so il keep u all updated.

Make it early in the morning - waiting seems like it will be more expensive for both the hospital and the "hated man" [your words not mine]. Take him there - no excuses. Not going will be you telling everyone what a numpty he was.
