The rash and itch goes everywhere if you're unlucky - even in the ears - and once it's over, dry skin is shed like whole body dandruff.

Deeply uncomfortable.

Check if one of the side effects of the antibiotics is sun sensitivity. If it is it will be more red where the sun has been. If not it's spreading. If the Dr's said go back then do.

Pain and raised temperature should be monitored - both indications that it is not getting better.

It's from the tip of his fingers up to and including his shoulders.

If it is both arms then photosensitivity/urticaria a possibility. If only one arm then shingles?

Make it early in the morning - waiting seems like it will be more expensive for both the hospital and the "hated man" [your words not mine]. Take him there - no excuses. Not going will be you telling everyone what a numpty he was.
