Managed to get closer enough to take a photo. 6 week old Wiltshire Horn lamb. So far the only one looking like this. All lambed outside and moved to current field 2 weeks ago which hasn’t had any sheep in it for about 3 years.

Will text photo to the vet tomorrow, but wondered if anyone had any ideas as I’ve not seen it in my flock before.

Thanks!

Does it’s skin on its back feel all lumpy etc too? I had a lamb like that 2 years ago, similar size and it withered away to nothing. Crusts over its whole body but wasn’t like orf and we don’t often see much orf.

Thanks for replies.

Heard back from the vet this morning. Pretty certain it is orf, although eyes look unusual. Going to watch and wait for the time being unless any major changes.
