Hi just wondering if anyone’s got the reference number for a iskra 4.2kw starter motor for a Matbro 2524?

Oh I see from other post it's a Ford.
So is that a Ford 5000 tractor type engine or a old Ford industrial often refurded to as a Dorset engine and often painted red in old matbros.

It’s a Ford engine that has been painted yellow but I can definitely see that there’s red paint underneath.
I also need it shipped to France.
I’m also planning to change the engine oil next weekend have you got any idea how much oil it takes?

I'm out, cant find a starter listed for that engine at all to even start cross ref to an iskra! a wild guess but might just be the same as the common ford 1000 series starters which is IS1158

Just seen this forum as I was trying to find some answers to the same problem, could anyone tell me the exact model of Iskra starter you guys have used? It’s for a Matbro 250-110 with the Perkins turbo engine
