We have an 08 Denver pick up .The gauges and speed and rev have stopped working. The warning lights and odo still working all the fuses are good. Has any one had the same problem? Rang dealer but would not help just wanted it taken to them.

Remove your clocks from the dash and check to ensure the plugs are in there or if they,ve come out.

Either a problem in the dash or a common supply wire to the dash.
The gauges need a regulated voltage so they don't go up and down when the alternator starts to charge. So this circuit may well be the cause.
Give the dash a bit of abuse while watching the gauges, we had an Alfa Romeo and you had to flick the glass with your finger to get things back to life. If that doesn't help, double check the fuses. Then go to the back of the dash and hopefully a small shake of the loom will indicate a bad/corroded connection.

My old Disco used to lose half the illuminating lights on the switches, noticeable at night. Without taking my eyes off the road I could hit the front of the dash to get them working again, just a tap. If I hit it too hard the glove box lid would come down onto my passengers knees. :inpain:
