Isuzu Dmax Yukon bluetooth

Just got a new Dmax Yukon and everyone I talk to on the bluetooth says it's terrible and can hardly hear me (maybe not a bad thing before anyone says !). I can hear the other person perfectly. I know when I ring other people with the same pickup the quality is very poor and I usually say I will ring them back when they are not driving . Am I doing anything wrong? Has anyone had same problems. I'm tempted to go back to dealer and tell them it's their problem and get it sorted or fit me a retro fit bluetooth system.

I have a 2013 model and have found the hands free good both in terms of me hearing them through the radio speakers, and also them hearing me.

Feedback at their end had become quite an issue though where they were hearing themselves talk. Like others have said changing the mic volume was revolutionary. I'm told now there is no feedback.

Thanks for that. I will give it another week as I won't have a chance to do anything until back from Cambridge but I think a parrot will be needed. Will speak to JW first.

I have had this issue since day one with my Utah. It has just been back in and they have moved the microphone up onto the a pillar. This seems to have improved it but it's still not great! I have the vision pack so it has the pioneer headunit.
