Collie is scratching all the time presume some kind of parasite any suggestions appreciated
I've also heard it can damage some dogs to the point that they end up dying from a nervous system failure.Chuck it through a neighbours sheep dip, if it doesn’t drown it’ll cure the itch!!
Probably not in any pet advisory books but I’ve heard it works
Try some frontline, if that doesn't work ask your vet to look.Collie is scratching all the time presume some kind of parasite any suggestions appreciated
I find Advocate works better than anything else at the moment.
Won’t hurt to consider a vet. Or just do an elimination diet while treating.
Had 3 cats, one particularly bad, diagnosed with mange. Vet tossed a variety of crap at them for mites. Multiple times. Never did much.
Second opinion diagnosed food allergies. Change of food so they aren’t eating chicken and presto! Fixed.
Got a dog breed that’s also known for allergies to chicken. She’s shown no signs yet but if she ever starts showing extra itchy and red skin a kibble switch will be the first thing I try on top of her regular defleaing.
I presume you actually think something of this dog and will not chuck it in the sheep dip! Those suggesting this should try having swim in it first to see how it affects them!Collie is scratching all the time presume some kind of parasite any suggestions appreciated
