had a 5610 that was bombproof and the column change never went wrong in 9000 hours we had it. Also had a 6610 that couldn’t go 100 hrs without sh1tting itself

Clutch linkage snapped on a van one day when I was 15 miles from base.
Drove it back to the garage with a bit of double decluching & getting engine speed right so it slipped into gear.

yep, no engine breaking in low range only high, scared the bejesus out of an ignorant rookie going down a bank with trailer full of grain lol.
