Ivermectin , covid cure

No harm whatsoever. The main question should be 'what good would it do' and we don't have wide first hand experience of that in the UK because it isn't being done. Not because it is unsafe, that's for sure.
Serious question, why isn’t their being more scientific trial work being done with Ivermectin and it’s effect or controlling Covid19 around the world by independent health organisations ???? :scratchhead: :scratchhead: :scratchhead:

There has been some limited studies around the world, with overwhelmingly positive results. Many more studies currently going on with results expected in the next couple of months. Nothing much in Europe or N. America though for some reason.
There may be some politics involved and just perhaps the ego of some doctors will not allow them to concede that a product that they have studiously ignored for so long is worthy of mention at this stage. The results from future trials will be very interesting and I am looking forward to the results, be they one way or another.

Yes, as I previously mentioned a couple of days ago, for some inexplicable and unexplained reason, South Africa has just made Ivermectin completely illegal for, as I understand it, any purpose whatsoever. Most peculiar.

In desperation does anyone know if some critically ill Covid19 patients are now having “Ivermectin” administered to them , as according to the media Covid19 deaths are spiralling out of control .

i doubt family are allowed anywhere near to give it to them and doubt anyone medical would consider it

would you get into trouble here with uk authorities if they knew you were using animal ivermectin on yourself or posting on social media its benefits
No. It is not illegal but inadvisable and Ivermectin should only be sold to genuine registered farmers. There are probably rules about reselling it to others or administering it to others, but I am not aware of anything. As far as social media is concerned there is plenty of useful information on YouTube and other media, both scientific and otherwise, even down to showing people taking the horse paste. They ones taking the animal product are universally saying that they are not advising others to do so, but that they reserve the right to try it for themselves. None of these can prove that it works in any way either of course.

There are plenty of medical people worldwide now administering Ivermectin both as a preventative and treatment. Not so much in the UK yet as I understand it. Giving it early is likely to be far more effective than to someone critically ill I suspect.

Not that I am aware of.

Have a look at this video about its use in other countries, principally Belize.

Note that they want the 'power' to revert to 'medical professionals'. I have always known that 'medical professionals' jealously guard their 'power' to manage their domain, so don't take that too much at face value.
Basically the professionals don't know how ivermectin works but there are a multitude of theories. As a preventative it certainly doesn't depend on the chemical's continual presence in the body, because it is known that ivermectin's half life is 36 hours or so but it remains effective for weeks if not months after application. I mentioned this in post 348 and it is covered in this media which I found tonight.

We are in Kenya so I don't know what's going on down South but I am sure if people think it works it will sell like hotcakes on the black market plus lots of fakes will be sold. I remember my wife injecting a horse with it once that had a bad reaction it must be pretty hot because I think the horse is still bouncing from it.
