I went there many many years ago,Had to stop halfway down his drive to let my pickup springs catch up with themselves in all the pot holes, are they filled in now?., He was busy stuffing NH combines into containers using 3 telehandlers, amazing really how they knocked down to fit.

Might try and go up there next weekend, i,m telling the mrs i,m taking her to York for a romantic weekend away, I,m sure she won,t mind if i swing into J Firby,s yard for a look around, better not mention it until were up there.

If you are thinking of going to Castle Howard, which you should, then make sure you have booked the tickets. Availability can be very limited whilst its dressed for Christmas.
