about right :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
are we really meant to eat the oil from sunflowers, is it good for us ?
likewise squashed OSR ?
come to that ground up grass seed [wheat] ?
not to mention sweet sticky stuff from something that resembles an oversized turnip ?
yet PP is sneered at by some on here despite the fact that it grows all on its own [doesn't have to be reseeded every year like some inferior crops] and produces some of the most nutritious food you can get Lamb and Beef and can do it in a very environmentally friendly way.:whistle::whistle:

Nope, although I haven’t been shopping for a couple of weeks but there was plenty of food on the supermarkets shelves then.
Granted stock levels of some items were lower and some things sold out but I had no problem filling my trolley with enough food to last a couple of weeks or more, I don’t expect the situation tone any different next time I go
You are as bad as politicians
They cant see or hear a train till it hits them

The train ain’t hit yet although I have no doubt the politicians need to look what’s heading down the track.

Undoubtedly food isn’t in the abundance it was, supply and demand and rising production costs mean food prices will rise, they already are and will continue to do so.

By all means highlight the possibility of where this could lead but by claiming there is a food shortage already you are undermining the point you are trying to make .

Tesco online has a huge amount of products unavailable. Perhaps that should be little choice. Lettuce, butter, oil..... so someone told me anyway 😳
Was in a bigger store last night and quite shocking the amount of stuff missing. Whole shelf runs of boxed crisps, toilet paper and the likes to hide the fact that there are products missing. No empty shelves but only because they’re using them as stores for bulky stuff. When there’s 15 foot of display holding nowt but boxed grapes then you know something is afoot.

There has quite simply been too much choice for quite a few years now - All in the name of "MARKETING" !

No-one has ever really needed 175 different flavours of eyeshadow.....

Agreed when you’re talking about some things, but equally as suppliers we should encourage choice as the alternative is a monopoly of brands and fewer customers for us. What was noticeable wasn’t brands missing though but whole ranges of stuff.
