jcb 310s boom susp

as above the boom susp is giving a lot of trouble on my 310 ,have changed relays and also found a cracked wire ,the latest is the susp bottles need to be replaced ,any way of regassing them or getting them else where ,jcb big money for them ,loader is 2010 model

Broken wires around the spool block underneath will stop it working

as far as i know they can be regassed

Yes, but be prepared to replace them when they lose pressure again. They are the same as any other: they let the gas out for a reason. If you can regas them cheap-cheap then give it a go.

Does it work with a heavy load on or light load?
The accumulators are different pressures for light and heavy loads

Accumulators loose a small percentage each year so the gas needs checking. If they have been used flat it's a good chance they're nackered now though.

Don't go to jcb for a new one, they only buy them from someone like hydac or rexroth. Take it to your nearest hydraulic place and get them to match it.
