Jcb 419s lacking

Have a 17 plate Jcb 419s in work and it's lacking hydraulic power in the tilt rams for buckraking. Soon as you climb the Clamp tipping the fork to flick it physically can't flick the rams just give way. Fold up fork so it's hopeless when folded up also. Been told there is two different size rams to be had, and maybe two different size hydraulic pump options? Anyone else had same problem? The 416s we had before was much better.
Thanks

Possibly the check valve for the tilt ram. Take it off possibly a damaged seal. Unscrew the allen bolt out and try that. Had it happen on one when i was on for a contractor. Did a lot of grass and dont think the flicking backwards and forwards up the pit did it much good

I used to pilot a L180 trying to keep up with a floatex plant. That was some weapon. If i recall correct it had about 15k hours on it and used a gallon of engine oil a day though. The sand face was a good 1000 yards from the hopper so it was full chat forward dump sand drop the bucket and back blade your way back to the face .That L 180 never had many problems only it unscrewed the left bucket pin now and then even with a auto greaser .Even Volvo failed to cure that .Awesome machines

First thing you need to do is plug a gauge in and check the hydraulic pressure and see what she's making at the pump then I would tee a gauge into the crowd cylinder and see if it matches.
