Bought a jcb 526 this time last year and it's forever going through the rubber hoses in the boom tray. Does anyone know the correct layout or lengths they should be. Burst one again yesterday, and this time it's bent one of the metal pipes.

thats a similar setup to my matbro, the originals were twinned pipes joined the full length together.

I had singles made up and cable tied them together, not had any bother since.
Did have a little bother getting the last pair made exactly as the ones I took in for pattern, but got there eventually.

I had exactly the same problem on my 526, kept replacing the pipes via our local pipe supplier, but they kept rubbing and blowing.

In the end I was speaking to someone about the problem and he said to get the correct ones from JCB as they are a specific length and the correct pipe. I did that and did not have a problem again.

I’m sure they must all be held together with zip ties so they don’t get tangled or caught together.is there a factory fitted bracket missing

I'll probably have to do that, its never the same pipe either it's driving me bonkers.
