JCB 526 turbo exhaust keeps breaking - any ideas?

Fitted a new silencer box a couple of months ago and the elbow from the turbo to the silencer has broken again, filling the cab with exhaust fumes. Our neighbour changed his 526 for this issue, but there must be a decent solution somewhere.
Google just brings up the same part.

Yes ,,I think this is a possibility ,,will depend where it can be mounted ,,might also have to look at the silencer mountings ,,if theres and anti vibration brackets
