as above really,seems to be very under powered and when flat out on the road putting a bit of black smoke out,it’s an 04 model with about 3500 hours on it

Check that there are no leaks from the turbo to the inter cooler and into the intake manifold. If their is a leak it can feel like the turbo is doing nothing.

Air filter out to test, then as above air pipework for a leak

Lack of use. engine clogged up, very low hours for 04 machine.

Think they are fairly common. I’ve certainly had a few go on our machines

Thanks for all the help,found a company in Lincoln that makes the pipes up for world wide customers and they made me one in 3 hours for the grand total of £9.95,forklift back together and it must of been going for a long time as it pulls like a train now
