Have a rear hub seal leaking on my 535, has anyone that's done one got any tips, I've done 4x4s and vans before but haven't tackled a JCB before
904/50009 & 904/M6779 are what the dealer said usually go hand in hand so that's what I bought
Thanks in advance

Cheers, will have an angle grinder on hand in case it doesn't moveWheel bearings are normally tight on the stub shaft. Last one I did ended up having new bearings aswell.
When you slide hub off the seal wont fit over the bearing so trys to pull it off the stub
If your really lucky bearing will come off or not the seal will pop out first and bearing and seal will be stuck on the stub.
I would much rather do a Manitou hub seal over a jcb!

Thanks, would you know the torque settings for the tapered bearings?that's exactly how I got the last one off[emoji23]
you will then want a bit of tube turned on a lathe ideally to tap the bearing back on square. I think there is actually a special JCB tool for these hubs?
