Anyone replaced the hydraulic hoses inside the telescopic boom for the extendable ram on a 536?? If so how do you go about doing it ?! TIA

Our dealer did ours in November, under warranty, he removed the inner boom right out using an engine hoist, we had to help him line stuff up to put it back together but other than that I left him to it, so unsure of exactly what he did.

Don’t need to remove the boom to do them, although they can be tricky.

Undo clamps inside rear of boom,
then boom out around 10”.
disconnect hose at front inside boom,
Tie string and pull hose out to rear.
Tie the string off.
Disconnect hose at front under boom
Tie string to long end at rear
Pull hose forward under front of boom

refit in reverse
(Ensure there are no twists in the hose lengths as hoses have to roll as boom extends and retracts)
Use genuine hoses as they are flexible and the exact length.
