Close Brothers, same deal in they just move the payment to the end of the agreement but again paperwork processing is taking longer than normal due to sheer amount of customers asking.

Just had an e-mail from them offering a 3 month payment holiday. Basically they just move all the payments back for 3 months and you don't incur any extra cost apparently. So I went online and had got it sorted inside 10 mins. Up to 10 days to process but job done. Nice.
If you needed a payment holiday fair enough but if you couldnt pay it now, how are you going to pay it in three months? Not knocking you, just asking

If it's now or never, then I would personally take it, given all the things going on at the moment you never know what's around the corner!
Put the money in a separate account if you can still afford it but it's there if you need it!

Pretty much what Sid said. Not often you get a payment holiday. I've lost an important customer in the last couple of weeks (not to the virus) and so my income stream isn't quite as solid as it was. I can pay it, it's just a nice thing for JCB Finance to do for their customers. Also none of us know what's around the corner, I may have a spell of illness soon when I am not able to keep my eye on the ball for instance. I may not be in a state to send out invoices due to illness for example. Just saying.

You hit the nail there
None off us know whats round that big blind corner
Nothing slowed down here kids at home but work work work putting a walls around a silo pit aat the moment then enough concreting to keep us going for a few months so uou could say same old same but getting harder to get supplies cement powder for one
Not seen any difference here but if me or any staff keeping 2mtre distance web can if we got it bad every penny would count so any defer payment would be well worth as above puttin in a different account
But have herd that some are going to put delaid payments on top off others and finish at same time so bigger payments in june onwards

Yes that's what I assumed would be the case, but it seems they're just moving it all back three months.

Christ, you can get concrete?!?

Hardly that great, it still has to be paid regardless, just carry on as normal
Still got to be paid, as you say

So unless you have no income for next 3 months, then just crack on
Delaying the inevitable , is that attractive ? Wouldn’t excite me.
I’ve just had exactly this conversation with a chap this morning. We both agreed better to get stuff paid for ASAP if at all possible.

Usually because by time whatever is on finance is paid for there be a list of other stuff that needs replacing!
