JCB Livelink Sim Card Failure

Had this code U190A-09 pop up this morning and looked online and it says Live link sim card failure. It's a 536-60 agri super 13 plate. Never even knew it had this on it. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this code come up?

Thanks.

Do any farmers on here actively log in to check their own machines performance?
Or do they just leave it for their dealer to monitor the ‘health’ and service timing remotely?

I used to get text alerts if I moved off designated base also got a weekly email with fuel usage idle hours etc
I know of a local company that when they started using livelink the summary came back that a third of there hours were idling hours think the workers got a rocket

When we got the first machines with it kept getting messages saying it had been started out of hours, I mean it should be obvious that it's working from 3am one day to 1am the next day.

We pay for it. It's quite good, not sure if it's worth the money really though. Sends me a text if the boy gets started before half six or finishes late. Managed to track what happened over one weekend when something broke (family member denied it until presented with the tracking data). Dealer rang the other day trying to flog a service kit for it.

In fairness, from talking to the dealer it sounds like anything under 1500 rpm is counted as idling, which would include a lot of time driving but off the throttle (slowing to a stop, changing direction, coasting under engine braking etc) as opposed to idling on the spot.

There can’t be many loaders racking up their service hours as yours and livelink sounds like an ideal tool for the dealer to keep on top of the servicing.
MC did mention the hours being racked up by the machines; I can’t remember the specifics, but it was about as much as we do in 10 years on ours 😳
