Are you paying to keep the live link active ?
No, I seem to have solved the issue just by taking out the fuse for the Livelink
Seems a bit like it! You even get an error code when your low on fuel! When owned a Fasatrac, I was convinced the error codes were to keep driver and owner mystified and the dealer busy.
I used to get text alerts if I moved off designated base also got a weekly email with fuel usage idle hours etcDo any farmers on here actively log in to check their own machines performance?
Or do they just leave it for their dealer to monitor the ‘health’ and service timing remotely?

In fairness, from talking to the dealer it sounds like anything under 1500 rpm is counted as idling, which would include a lot of time driving but off the throttle (slowing to a stop, changing direction, coasting under engine braking etc) as opposed to idling on the spot.I know of a local company that when they started using livelink the summary came back that a third of there hours were idling hours think the workers got a rocket
There can’t be many loaders racking up their service hours as yours and livelink sounds like an ideal tool for the dealer to keep on top of the servicing. When we got the first machines with it kept getting messages saying it had been started out of hours, I mean it should be obvious that it's working from 3am one day to 1am the next day.

MC did mention the hours being racked up by the machines; I can’t remember the specifics, but it was about as much as we do in 10 years on ours
