The JCB book says to refill the transmission it takes 17 litres. Either I am not getting all the old fluid out or the book is wrong, anyone else found this?

On the 3cx you drain at the torque converter, how did you drain yours

Hi, According to the book, I just remove the
gauze strainer on the side of the transmission and let the oil drain there.

You will never get the book figure. That's including filter converter oil cooler etc as a dry fill.

You be looking around 12 to 14 tops.
Run machine stop it and check oil more or less straight away. Paint tip of dipstick black to help see it.
