Because if you do happen to tip it over then you can fall out just as it goes and get crushed by the ROPS!!!
I can't find any but did see a brand new whole cab including doors for not much more than jcb want for the lower door.!!!there are a few on eBay
That's such a non sensical answer. If you have no door you have even less chance of staying in the machine.
Never used to operate a jcb with the top part open anyway, what's the point of having air con if you are going to open the door and have it not working to its full efficiency and letting all the dust in.
