Sadly I’ve just noticed there is oil weeping out of the rear axle via the drive shaft, anyone any idea on part numbers I imagine there fairly standard

it’s a 2006 jcb 526 (rear engined)

The main triple lip seal is pt no.904/20172 but is there any play in the bearings causing it to leak? There are a couple of bearings (907/09000) and (907/09100) and a collapsable spacer (921/53300) in there.

I will get a pic, I suspect it’s the seal that’s failed on it own but who knows until I get in there,

it’s literally the seal of the driveshaft as it enters the axle not hub side

Managed to get the hub off thankfully bearing was spot on as were the upper andlower swivel bearings (much meatier than I had expected for a small machine!) considering it’s done over 8k hours, so just a new seal topped up oil as it was golden and nice and it’s back in service.
