JCB TM310 Agri

Have a 2013 TM310 and was using it this morning and about 15 minutes later went to start it again and wouldn’t start. Turn the key and nothing happens no lights no noise.
As if the key is doing nothing.
Everything seems to be plugged in behind the dash.
Anyone have any idea? Relay maybe?

Nope. Battery full.

check you have power from the wire from ignition switch to the switch inside the solenoid.

Check battery terminals are tight

Double check the battery ours died completely with no warning on the TM with the same symptoms as you describe

The last 3 batteries that have failed here have just died as in working fine 1 minute then deader than a dodo the next

Have you checked the fuses under the bonnet just above the battery

Jumping didn’t do anything. Battery full

Changed a fuse above battery box was a big 40amp one and she started up but the fuse blew immediately and knocked her off mid start...

Get manual out and see what the 40A fuse feeds, then fix the short !

We have a tm220 and had same problem. Jcb technician fixed it v quickly and it was the earth strap on battery. I think the battery itself was fine.
