JCB160 _ electrical ghost problem

Hi All, hope everyone is doing well. I wonder if I can find wisdom here to solve mystery in my JCB160. One day all lights on the dash turned up at the start, all of them and buzzer accompanied. As I turned the ignition off and repeat, same comes on. If I start the machine, it works as it should but all the lights are still ON and … the buzzer. I took the clamp of from the battery, cleaned it and put it back on - and it was back to normal. I didn't get to work on it but later turned the ignition ON and the all the lights, all gauges are crazy and the buzzer came ON again.
I checked the alternator, battery, fuses - all good. Where would I look? How to get to see error messages on JCB, do you guys know? I am thinking to take the battery off again and if it starts in Normal mode, get into service menu to see codes. What do you think?

There is an ecu in the panel behind the seat. Check the plugs have a good connection and spray with electrical contact cleaner . Also go through any visible multi plugs and do the same. Had a similar problem on an 03 one years ago and that solved it. There is a computer reset , but I have forgotten how that is done but a jcb dealer will talk you through it. Could also be a loose wire.

Thanks Hilux, that's a great help, will do today and report back here. Hope that will do it. When I put a clamp back on in sparks a little, which tells me that there is a short someplace. After I reset the computer I will try to get into error menu to see if any codes will come up. Any other thoughts?

Did it today, let's see what happens tomorrow when I put the clam pool back on.
