No need to take cab off. Remove battery boxes and front cab mountings, rest is just common sense, sounds Like partial seizure of spigot bearing, or clutch drag, 2030 uses diaphragm clutch cover, 2130 uses springs, prone to breaking toggle lever yokes.
Organic clutch so no issues with flywheel pot depth just hard high spots on flywheel face.

Just been involved with a 2130, with a non releasing clutch, problem was mal assembly, years ago! The retaining spring for the release bearing had not been replaced, this allowed the bearing carrier to spin out of engagement with the release fork.
