JD 6130R price??

Speaking to my mate today who priced up a new JD 6130 R with a JD loader and I was staggered at the price quoted.
Seemed very steep to me!
Could anybody here give me a fairly accurate idea of price for an outfit like that?? Think it was an Autopower, or maybe an Autoquad, not sure.
And is there a big price difference between an R and an M?

PM if preferred.

Not brand bashing or disputing the price, just wondering if I have lost touch with todays reality?
I possibly am totally out of touch with what a new tractor costs..... :scratchhead::scratchhead:

Was it into 6 figures?

Add on a loader and its in 6 figures easy.

My friend was keen till he discovered the £££

I must be in a parallel universe as 100k for a 4cylinder tractor to feed cattle and pull a few bales about is not do-able here. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

These have 1500hrs on. New plus loader my original figure might not be as far out as I thought

A lot would depend on spec, whether you were trading anything in and how far you got down the haggling road, wouldn't it.
A very basic spec M would be a lot cheaper than a high spec M never mind R's. People who need basic tractors do get very carried away with box ticking though.
I spec'd up a 130R with all the bells and whistles. Then spec'd a 140M with everything on it. It was nearly 30k difference. Went with the M.

Out of interest did you price a basic spec M too?

Yes you are right, many factors will have a bearing on the final price quoted in any scenario.

I didn't quote for a basic spec M as that wasn't the sort of tractor I required. I wanted a vario, electric spools, decent lights, GPS etc etc in a powerful 4 cyl frame. I just didn't want all the other bits that comes with an R that for me I just didnt need or, to be honest, I could justify. The money I saved not having an R I have put into other projects on the farm.

The new Ms are very very capable machines.

Shows how crazy it’s gone,my 6130r auto power 50k command arm, loader, auto steer and pretty much every other extra apart from front linkage was 70k in 2016,now not much has changed on them up till this day apart from command pro if you spec it
