JD 750a covering wheel arm springs

The covering wheels can been seen to bounce around a bit in certain conditions of speeds.
If you we're have a new stronger spring made what increase in down force would you want? I'd suggest more than 25% otherwise not worthwhile.
Thoughts?

isn't the side movement on the JD closing wheel arms not also an issue?
I remember that when we went through on 750 that the closing wheel never was near the seed trench. didn't measure how much it was pushed to the side but it was so much that appart of real nice crumbly soil it would never have an impact on closing the slot.

It should be at the side, this pic shows the action.
