JD workers on strike.


Wonder how this will affect orders / parts. The excuse will probably be used for delays even if not part of the problem

Most of the jd tractors here is built in Mannheim

Shouldn’t affect most tractors and foragers as most will be Mannheim built and parts from there too. Larger horsepower tractors may be affected in time but I believe office staff are helping to man the shop floor. The same happened in Germany when the container backlog from the Suez Canal ship landed at the parts depot. All available manpower was drafted in to ensure supply continuity at the parts warehouse.
