Good evening all can someone tell me how to get the mower hood up please.

what, the front of it? Lift it? Or is it connected to that stupid pivot rod and only lifts when swung into transport?

or do you mean the conditioner hood?

Evening its the hood at the front to get at the discs more easily instead of crawling under it

Good idea but one I have tried already hunted all over for a lever underneath round down up cant see a thing no doubt its simple

As you stand looking at the mower, - top left hand side underneath the hood you'll feel a small catch. Lift the catch up & at the same time lift the hood up.

It's the kinda thing where only take 10 secs to show you, & it's simple as sh!t....

Well I must be thick then as I have pulled and hauled and never moved I seen the slide thing on the left side but now matter what it wouldn't move but I will try again ps that was last year so now for this years attempt

Mines a bit like that, I use a screwdriver on the top to lift the tab then it folds up.

Is the tab on the left as well I couldn't see anything I could see where it slid along but damned if I could get it moving
