I’m a bit late to the party, with my first comment on Clarksons farm having only watched the first 2 chapters . Loving it so far, yeah some of its exaggerated and very clarkson for tv, but it can only be a good thing for the public re-engaging with farming in general.
It’s maybe already been mentioned, but my only criticism so far is that they’ve edited in young lamb bleats whilst he was moving a flock of grown shearlings, and again at the abattoir. Why would they do that?🤷🏻‍♂️

Because that’s how it’s done in tv land. A shot of quietly grazing livestock must always be dubbed over with appropriate mooing or bleating. It appears to be in the rules.

Along with the obligatory reversing bleeper and hissing hydraulic noise.
