Ordered some wear parts for the chute and a drawbar to main gear box pto shaft for a 1050 the 2nd week in June. Still no sign of them. Luckily we only do one cut and the local kongskilde rep gave us a loan of a shaft off a demo machine for a few days to get finished. Great help by the rep.
Totally unacceptable wait for parts.

I'd give Les Pugh a ring, the sucker-blower man, worth a try, he must still be sourcing Kongskilde parts?

We are still waiting on the pto shaft, shoot liners and other parts from being ordered back in June.
No matter how you see it that is beyond p155 poor service from any company.
Won't be buying any more machines from this manufacturer.

Platts Harris's are but still waiting for a demo of a cultivator sat in there yard but claimed it wasn't there.

Andrew Parnham tractors at Waterhouses near Leek are dealers for JF-Stoll, owned by Konskilde. Rang up last week for a price on an extra door for the feeder wagon. Parts man said he would have to ring Konskilde but warned me they were not very swift at getting back to them.
