Very interesting. But it'll depend if it's built upto the job or not...
What price are we talking?
I do agree, though... when you see a Ranger at £14k broken before it's a year old
Actually looks sturdy although weight may be a problem, wish bones look easily reproducable and many components sourced from cars so SH parts should not be a problem..
Pity they have gone for so much electrics such as the common rail fuel and electric diff lock and four wheel drive engagement, none of which have proved ideal in a farm environment
yes, but this looks better and not using ford parts will be a big advantage. the big failure points such as bearings, brakes , drive shafts look to have been addressed.True, but do you remember the Diablo diesel bike? - heap of scrap which fell to bits, but built with 'off the shelf' ford fiesta parts (bearings, bushes etc) and was sold as having durable and easy to replace parts...
Anyone other than Gareth Wyn Jones ever tried the Mudrat? not seen anything about them since they launched, although I see a localish place is a dealer.
Shame if this is the case.I keep looking out for news but the idea seems to have died
I think Gareth Wyn Jones has a Honda UTV. He's a member on here but I can't seem to tag himShame if this is the case.

I have one too , Where does one get parts from now reco have closed ?We've had a Kioti for a few years and can't fault it. More clearance than anything else on the market, good load bay and capacity. Haven't got stuck once and it goes up and down a road that most 4WDs wouldn't go near.
We have local dealers in Carms and Pembs, haven't needed anything other than for service.I have one too , Where does one get parts from now reco have closed ?
