Sounds like an ideal job for the Rickster??? Watching birds and being from Anglesey is surely as diverse as you can get, it's much rarer a place than Portland and that is saying something.

In another career I had applications did not include names, ages, far less sexual or religious stuff.
You could work out the age by the school exams but nothing else.

What if, as a white Scottish person I applied? What would be the response? You are too white. I see a film director has been criticised for not having enough Hispanics and Latino actors of a dark enough skin colour. Where is all this taking us.
