Anyone use an old fashion paper and pen jobsheet they hand to tractor driver to complete and return? Looking for a template to copy or develop mainly for drilling and fertilising jobs.

quite simple to make your own with the info you want on it, field name/size, product seed/fert, amount per Ha, operator, date job done

I keep a diary in cab. Have notes and settings for implements in it. Record seed/fert rates in it too.

We have printed out maps for all the fields and then we write on them what operations, seedrate , operator date etc

I have blank spreadsheets I print off. Different one for seed, fert and spray.

Easy enough to knock up a template using Microsoft Excel.

We prefer this method as it’s much easier to show part field operations/applications etc that are never very clear or obvious on a spreadsheet. It’s also very easy to see it all at a glance back through the years, previous crops, what was baled or chopped etc.
